We were in a time crunch so after inspecting/test driving the vehicle we were able to sign our paperwork and get right back on the road. Thanks for the great experience! Jason was very responsive to my questions about the car, provided everything I needed to feel comfortable booking a flight to see it in person. The dealership picked me up at my hotel at the appointed time. The car was totally as advertised and all the paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership. We were pleased we encountered no stalking or pressured sales after making contact. We did an online app and got a response the same day as we had the green light if we wanted it. Being over an hour away we worked with Ken over the phone to have everything set up on arrival to pick up the car. Carole in the business office is a master at her craft and this was a painless few minutes to sign and pick up the keys. She put our baby in the playroom and he actually wanted to stay longer than it took to do the deal. I have spent half a day in dealerships buying new cars and these guys have it down. Only area we identified for improvement was the detail inside and out was not great. We did it ourselves when we got it home More
