Long story short I brought my Chevy Malibu in for a minor oil leak. First time they couldn't find the source of the leak and Greg told me they put a dye in the oil to help identity where it was coming from. oil leak. They still couldn't find it the second time I came in because the engine was covered in oil. Greg felt bad about having me coming in so much and told me they degreased the engine so they could find it. The third time they finally found it was coming from the HEAD GASKET. I was so lucky I was still under warranty or I would've had to pay $2,500 for the repair. The sales department covered the costs for the 22 hour labor and parts cost. Greg has a personality that made the process so much less stressful. He's light hearted, funny, and personable. Out of all the employees he's the one I enjoy being around the most. This is a fantastic dealership. I would defiantly recommend this place to a friend who is looking to buy or service a car. More

This is the only Chevrolet dealership within 20 miles from my home, so I really don't have much choice for getting warranty service done. And, they are going to move even farther away. While the service department is handicapped friendly, the rest of the dealership building is not. More

Excellent service. Appt. Was for 10:30 am and my truck was brought in upon my arrival. The service person (Don) was very speedy and also very professional. Don and the team took on a tough wheel and tire mount and balance. Where other shops turned down the job - Mohawk took the time to analyze the job and determine if it was something they could do, and do it r balance.
