Mohawk Chevrolet - Service Center

This is the only Chevrolet dealership within 20 miles from my home, so I really don't have much choice for getting warranty service done. And, they are going to move even farther away. Excellent service. Appt. Was for 10:30 am and my truck was brought in upon my arrival. The service person (Don) was very speedy and also very professional. Don and the team took on a tough wheel and tire mount and balance. Where other shops turned down the job - Mohawk took the time to analyze the job and determine if it was something they could do, and do it r balance. It was nice dealing with Don the customer service rep and the dealership in general. Don explained everything they would do, what it would cost, then everything they did, in a way that was understandable to the dealership in general. Don explained everything they would do, what it would cost, then everything they did, in a way that was understandable to me. In the end, they had to keep the car for three days for want of an unexpected part, but they gave me a brand new loaner to drive during that time AND didn't charge me for the labor for the extra repair.
