I had come in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. That service was perfect. While I was there I informed Craig that my sunroof sun shade clips have broken and needed to be fixed. My concern was that I waited three hours to have mud skirts installed on my new vehicle. I had a scheduled 2:00 PM Saturday appointment and the skirts were at the dealership. I spoke with a number of ot skirts installed on my new vehicle. I had a scheduled 2:00 PM Saturday appointment and the skirts were at the dealership. I spoke with a number of other customers waiting for their vehicles on Saturday and three of them did not have appointments. I was the last customer out the door on Saturday. I need to make another appointment soon because my head lights are not automatically switching from high to low beams. The jury is still out on whether I would recommend this service center. More

three weeks ago i brought my truck to the dealer just to make an appointment ,I told them the problem and they took the truck right in, They had to order a new part for the truck. Long story short I brought my Chevy Malibu in for a minor oil leak. First time they couldn't find the source of the leak and Greg told me they put a dye in the oil to help identity where it was coming from. oil leak. They still couldn't find it the second time I came in because the engine was covered in oil. Greg felt bad about having me coming in so much and told me they degreased the engine so they could find it. The third time they finally found it was coming from the HEAD GASKET. I was so lucky I was still under warranty or I would've had to pay $2,500 for the repair. The sales department covered the costs for the 22 hour labor and parts cost. Greg has a personality that made the process so much less stressful. He's light hearted, funny, and personable. Out of all the employees he's the one I enjoy being around the most. This is a fantastic dealership. I would defiantly recommend this place to a friend who is looking to buy or service a car. More
