Sales was good, service was horrible, took 5 days to install remote starter and decals. Only did half the decals. Had to bring it back to finishe the other decals they didn't do, they decided to cut a p install remote starter and decals. Only did half the decals. So once again i have to drop it off somewhere else to get these decals done after they told me they don't normally do that there. I will not be using their service. Kevin charles sales guy was great and brittany in the service was good to. It's behind the scenes that try to be sneaky. More

Oil change, tire rotation, scheduled appraisal of vehicle I was met in the garage bay area by a service person who promptly started the preparation for service. At that time I informed her of an appointment with one of the dealership internet appraisal personnel. The appointment was prearranged to determine value of my current vehicle with possible purchase of a new vehicle. My service person alerted her while I roamed to lot for a possible new vehicle. Upon completion of my service I thanked the service person for her prompt and courteous service and asked where the appraiser was. She could not be found so I paid my bill and left. Excellent service, but lacks in office commitments. As of today no follow-up or reason for inability to meet with me. Unsure whether next vehicle will be purchased here. More

I made my appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated right from the app on my phone. When I arrived they had my appointment in the computer and knew what I was there for and they even took care rotated right from the app on my phone.
