Service is absolutely HORRIBLE! No communication, takes weeks to do simple tasks. Service Manager has no clue what he is doing. Very poor customer service! More

Your service department is in need of a serious overhaul. Starting from the top! These people have no clue how to do their job. No customer service skills at all. I read all the positive comments and I wish I had received even a 1/4th of that. I spent over $20k on a truck and my vehicle sat in your shop for 3 months to fix 2 issues. I have no idea why it took that long. Made no sense. I was told almost on a daily basis I would receive phone calls that I never received, Updates I never got. I spent hours during these months calling daily and going back and forth to try and get information on my truck from Craig. Most of the time I was told, "um I'm not sure what's going on, Let me check, Or were waiting on a part. This after I was told several other times all parts were ordered. This whole process was one of the most upsetting and frustrating situations I have ever been a part of. After meeting with the GM I was assured my vehicle would be a top priority and taken care of. 4 weeks later to try and fix a small vibration in the front end my truck was worse than when I had dropped it off only to be told by the Service Manager that " It is what it is" they were no longer going to work on my vehicle. It was costing too much money to fix. My response was I didn't ask them to spend money at all, I just wanted someone who knew what they were doing to work on my vehicle so I could have my truck back. Apparently that was not possible. I was then at that point forced (because I had no other option) to trade my truck in on another more expensive vehicle. I can honestly say that I am happy with my current vehicle so far however I should not have had to go through any of this. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend the service department to put air in someone's tires let alone actually perform work on their vehicle and Brian the Service Manager should be promoted to Official car parker immediately! Your company has been in business for many years. It's obvious you are doing something right and I'm sure you know how to treat customers but for some reason, the ball was dropped in my case and many people ( Managers) at this location were aware of it. I don't understand why it was allowed to continue for as long as it did. Never in my 20 + years in the customer service business have I told a customer that it "Is what it is" when a product they spent their money on was broken. I have suffered almost 4 months of pure aggravation and needless stress and now 7 years of an added financial burden for no reason. I sure hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else and you guys get back to the positive comments that I've read. Thank you

Needed service right away. Engine light came on and engine was hesitating on starts They took me right away and fixed the problem. Still under warranty. Win win! Thanks More
