I’ve been coming here since I bought the car in 2013. I always get great & friendly services. If car wont be ready within an hour. I’m offered a shuttle ride back home. It was a simple inspection on a brand new truck but car was returned with filthy weather tech mats and filth on center console .mechanics need to put plastic on seats and something on the floor . My first visit under new ownership This visit was for an oil change. The 'time in' on my receipt was 9:23 on 12/27/2019. The time out is never indicated. I was at the dealership for approximately 2 hours for an oil change! Two other customers in the waiting area indicated their displeasure at the length of time for their service. Jameson and Craig are always courteous and have the answers to my questions. Prior to my current 2007 Tahoe I owned a 1996 Suburban, both these vehicles have always been serviced a Northstar. It seems unreasonable for a routine oil change to take 2 hours and I wasn't the only dissatisfied person sitting in the waiting area. Since this was my first visit under the new ownership I will return, but if this is an indication of the type of service to be expected I will probably rethink any future visits. More

I bought my car Certified Pre-Owned at this dealership and was told that it had new tires which it did not. I brought it in for an oil change a few months later, and when I picked it up there was a proble and was told that it had new tires which it did not. I brought it in for an oil change a few months later, and when I picked it up there was a problem with the radiator that hadn’t existed before. I had to bring it back in to be serviced and since then have had multiple issues with the radiator and coolant system, and I’ve had the car for only a year. Most recently it needed a repair and the dealership kept it for a week, after keeping my partner waiting several hours while they diagnosed it. I was not offered a loaner car until I basically harassed them into giving me one. However I will say that Jamie kept in touch with me throughout this debacle and kept me informed on the status of my car. Fortunately I sprung for multiple warrantees when buying the car so many of the repairs have been covered. More
