Mohawk Chevrolet - Service Center

I really can't say enough good things about Mohawk. It was a memorable car buying experience. I went in initially for what I thought would just be a service visit. When I got my estimate, I decided it was time for me to explore other options. I ended up leaving highly satisfied with a brand new car. Jake was great and helped get me in my very first new car. He was professional and had excellent customer service skills. I appreciated having someone as knowledgeable as he was in regard to my vehicle of choice. He was able to answer any questions I had and get me into a vehicle that had the features my old one was missing. Nate the finance guy was also a pleasure to work with. He got me a good deal and made sure I knew up front what my costs would be. I really appreciated that he was able to answer all my questions with complete honesty. There was nothing I read in the contract that Nate didn't tell me about up front. I have actually never had that happen at a car dealership before so it is very much appreciated. Lastly but certainly not least, I wind up at Mohawk to have my old car serviced due to not being able to get in with my usual service department in a timeframe I was comfortable with. Mohawk's service department was able to give me an appointment for the next day after I called. I found staff there to be a pleasure to work with. As soon as I got out of the car, I was greeted warmly by Jay and taken care of right away. Jay was super nice, knowledgeable and professional. Literally everyone who helped me while I was there was awesome. If you are looking for a dealership that has professional and kind staff, offers no pressure sales and follows best practices of having no hidden tactics - Just go to Mohawk. They know what they're doing over there and you won’t be disappointed. More

Good customer service and workmanship. Nice, clean welcoming facility. Glad the tvs were muted. Only Oops was that the quote for the repair I came in for was misquoted.
