Great group of employees at work there! My appointment was at 10:15 do to a Company meeting. My husband got there early do to getting out at work at 7am.the meeting haven’t started yet so t My appointment was at 10:15 do to a Company meeting. My husband got there early do to getting out at work at 7am.the meeting haven’t started yet so they took my car in early and got it done before the meeting and sent my husband on his way! That was wonderful of them! More

Bought a new truck 2 weeks ago, brakes were needed and never done during the used car check over. They did the right thing and replaced them but only after trying to sell them to me, after I even initiall never done during the used car check over. They did the right thing and replaced them but only after trying to sell them to me, after I even initially spoke with the advisor and went over the fact I had just bought it and was told they’d make it right. Oil change sticker and light were never reset or replaced during used car check over, and my check brake monitor light was never fixed after having the brakes done even after that was one of my initial concerns when I brought the vehicle in. I had to go home and clear the light with my own scanner myself. Also upon picking up After the brake service, there was brake fluid all over the driver front fender well from when the new brakes were installed, and never cleaned up. All minor inconveniences, but still, inconveniences after buying a vehicle that should not have been. Service staff is friendly and did right by me, but the technicians seem to need to get their stuff together as they’ve had nothing but faults. Planned on bringing my truck there for future services but most likely not now. More
