The service writer was very nice but like the issue I have had in the past with other dealerships, the do not listen to the customer. I requested 3 services, oil change, NYS inspection and check the tire have had in the past with other dealerships, the do not listen to the customer. I requested 3 services, oil change, NYS inspection and check the tire pressure ( I have a slow leak from a previous bad patch job at Mohawk). Well, the tire pressure wasn't checked because it was never entered into the work order. I ended up doing it myself after leaving the dealership. More

There was little to no communication regarding the repair work I requested on my vehicle. Even after attempting to check in after 90 min, I was asked to leave a message for my service advisor. After getting work I requested on my vehicle. Even after attempting to check in after 90 min, I was asked to leave a message for my service advisor. After getting no response after 45 min, I had to recall to get an update. Almost 2.5 hours past my appointment, no work was actually done, and it cost me $100. The poor communication and lack of follow up was very disappointing. More
