Everybody was very friendly and helpful. But, typical of a dealership shop, the cost to diagnose, replace and calibrate one sensor was over $1000. Of course the only way to calibrate a sensor was at a GM dealer. The service advisors were of course a bit ashamed or the cost but I bet that's beyond the dealership's control. I'll continue to skip the glitz, glamour and cost of any dealership whenever I can. More

My 2021 Chevy Blazer broke down recently while we were on a trip to Saratoga. It was towed to Mohawk on a Saturday, and they were able to find the replacement part and perform the service on Monday so that w a trip to Saratoga. It was towed to Mohawk on a Saturday, and they were able to find the replacement part and perform the service on Monday so that we could return home back to Long Island. The service professional Melisa St.Louis was incredible in every way. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful, and diligent along the way. In the time I was there, I watched her handle a dozen customers in exactly the same way. She is a tremendous asset. More
