I appreciate the extra time and effort spent determining what was wrong with my 2011 Equinox! The staff was patient with me when I returned frustrated the problem continued. Greg and Steve along with the what was wrong with my 2011 Equinox! The staff was patient with me when I returned frustrated the problem continued. Greg and Steve along with the mechanic didn't give up until the issue was correctly diagnosed and repaired. They all went out of their way to make sure I was okay and informed before any work was done. Thank you guys :) More
