Steve, Travis, and mechanic Dom Depalma went above and beyond, free-of-charge, to help me after-hours in an emergency situation. Service was pretty good, but a few things were missed. I paid for a tire rotation, but my tires were never rotated. I can tell because the plugged tire is still on the left front, right where it was before paid for a tire rotation, but my tires were never rotated. I can tell because the plugged tire is still on the left front, right where it was before entering the shop. The air pressures in all 4 tires were never regulated (one at 39psi and the others were left at 31 psi, all 4 should be at 35psi for my Malibu). Finally, even though I got the oil changed there was no new oil change sticker put up in the top driver corner of windshield. I’m assuming the mechanic may have forgot some things when he noticed how bad my brakes were and was focusing his attention on that issue. More
