Anonymous Reviewer, In the many years I have known and worked with Dan, I have found him to be patient and kind. Our company philosophy is to help people make informed decisions about purchasing a pre-owned vehicles and Dan exemplifies our high standards. Unfortunately, our profession is maligned and disparaged. When inquiring about a vehicle, we understand that previous experience with dealerships can make people uneasy. However, I am not sure why it is ok for you to personally attack our team member and engage in character assignation. The internet has allowed people to do their shopping online and we have to put our best prices in our initial advertising. Furthermore, we do our very best to price our high quality vehicles as competitively as we can. Based on response and time in inventory, our prices are at times firm. At times, we have flexibility in our pricing. Because of the competitive nature of the car business, there are many dealerships that have gone to a “one price” system. Carmax, which is the largest used car network in the world, uses a “one price” system and does not negotiate. "personally attack our team member and engage in character assignation." REALLY? Just relating my factual interaction with Dan. He was rude, abrupt and has terrible people skills. If you approve of that behavior and if its representative of how your "team member" interacts with a potential customer, I wish you all the luck in the world because you're going to need it long term if that happens too many times! He could have handled that situation much differently but chose not to.... And BTW, you're NOT Carmax try as you may to compare your dealership to them.... Justify his behavior as you see fit, I would expect nothing less. At least you stick up for your people... Best of luck!
