Love my buying experience at Crest Ford! I was looking for a particular car and Crest Ford had an ad on Auto Trader (I believe) for the exact car in the color I wanted. I called and asked if I was looking for a particular car and Crest Ford had an ad on Auto Trader (I believe) for the exact car in the color I wanted. I called and asked if the car was still in stock. Darlene assured me that they still had it. It was a pleasure when I arrived and found the car had been washed and parked right in front for me. After test driving the car and discussing the vehicle and price with Terry I decided that I trusted them and I loved the car and the price was fair so I bought the vehicle and it was so nice dealing with honest good people. I had just bought my previous vehicle and didn't have a good experience with that and then had been looking for a vehicle for about a week with some experiences that I would be ashamed of if I owned those car dealerships. Some have no ethics and don't care about their references, Crest Ford made a uncomfortable experience pleasant by being honest, fair and giving me a pleasant car buying experience.Thanks Crest Ford and Terry and Darlene.
