I always come to this dealer I bought my 2006 Jeep here and got a great price for it and with a great warranty. I have always taken all my cars to get repaired here they do a great job and fast. Brought 4 month old Journey back to dealership due to rear tires balding and concern over gear shifting. Received call two days later that no issues were found and they would not be replacing the tires. rear tires balding and concern over gear shifting. When I went to pick vehicle up I requested a call from the service manager as she was not there. Never receives call so I finally called back. She stated they had checked alignment and it was within spec. They could not explain the balding of tires except that they had not been rotated. Took vehicle to Belle Tire for rotation and to check alignment. Received call from them stating the alignment had been adjusted as the tie rods had wrench marks all over. Back to Monroe Dodge where they are still denying they adjusted anything. Glenda said she would personally look at vehicle when I arrived to pay for new tires. When I arrived she had already gone home. As it relates to Chrysler paying for the tires; she said it was almost impossible to get anything done on a Friday afternoon because nobody is around. Obviously she was talking about herself. So now I get to pay for new tires on a 4 month old vehicle. Will NEVER be back to Monroe Dodge. This was the 3rd and LAST vehicle I will ever buy from there! More
A cutomer should NEVER have to wait for parts to repair his/her two year old van for one full week....and no loaner was offered!!!!! I would sure think that ONE of the other Michigan dealers would have suc his/her two year old van for one full week....and no loaner was offered!!!!! I would sure think that ONE of the other Michigan dealers would have such a part. I was told..."they do not do things that way".....sad. so very sad way to run a dealership.In short, I am very disappointed with Monroe Dodge. More
We took our 2005 van in for service and had nothing but problems from the time we arrived to drop off the van to be worked on. It took three days longer than they said to get the van back and once we picke problems from the time we arrived to drop off the van to be worked on. It took three days longer than they said to get the van back and once we picked it up we noticed that the plastic cover for the steering wheel was broke and not put together correctly. We called the dealer back to bring this to their attention and they stated that there was nothing they could do, they recommended bringing the van back in for service at a later date. Glenda, the service Mgr along with Tim that works in the service department were both very rude and inconsiderate. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another dealer for any type of service. More
Very unhappy with service.....worst experience ever. Service has no customer service at all....can care less about their customers needs. I will never return to service or recommend service there!!!!
