Outstanding Service! I have a very difficult schedule to work around and therefore require a lot of electronic communication (vs coming into the dealership). Mr. Julian London was the recepient of my initial electronic communication, and we could not be more thankful! He is incredibly responsive, very respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! We stopped by the dealership to look at a car, and it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so instead of giving up (like many dealerships would), he kept working with us and the end result - a much nicer car than we ever thought we could be in for the payment we were looking for - so we are ecstatic with our Lincoln MKX! We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott who was very genuine and ensured our visit met our expectations - which it far surpassed! Again, we could not be more happy and excited about how easy this car buying process was, and the car we drove away in! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our other car and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

I live 2 hours away, I could have maybe found something closer but after talking to just 2 other dealerships, I was selected Montgomery Ford. Everybody was very nice, professional, and helpful. I just had to sit down and wait for the paperwork to be finalized after I test drove the SUV. They really took care of everything and I didn't have to deal with my banker. They made sure I had the right rate, and the car was really clean. This is now the 3rd day I'm driving my 2012 Ford Explorer and I'm enjoying it. More
