I do recommend this dealership. I initially called in and worked with the internent salesman over the phone. He did a fantastic job getting me out of an old lease and into a new Kia Sorento. He was helpful, informative and not annoyingly pushy as car salesmen can be. I recently purchased a 2004 kia optima from montrose in sheffield. other than the fact that when i came into purchase my car, along with having a trade in they stated i would need a downpayment too of $5 sheffield. other than the fact that when i came into purchase my car, along with having a trade in they stated i would need a downpayment too of $500plus my trade. ok a little understandable but fora trade in plus $500 i shouldntof brokendown three times in the last30dys. im sorry but if im buyng a $7000 vehicle from u guys and gave u a car plus 500 i expect that the little things be taken care of , ie. belts , brakes, oil, tire rotation, good tires, etc. nothing like that was done.like i said i been broken down now 3 times in the last 30 days from my purchase. i will never shop here again and do not recommend buying from them!!! More
