I first found them by chance after being disappointed at too many other dealerships. Each purchase, a random unknown employee to myself, provided exceptional customer service, unmatched to say the least. Fun and light-hearted attitudes kept the experiences enjoyable (unlike the other companies I foolishly tried first). For me, there is no better customer service. Both times I went here, I drove off that day in a car that exceeded my expectations from great sales people who made the deal an absolute no-brainer. My latest experience was with Michael Mills. He presented himself with an upbeat attitude, was kind, compassionate and understanding, really listened to what I was looking for, he is a wonderful asset to this company. Although I didn't know him going into the deal, I left feeling like I purchased a car through a friend, instead of a sales associate. I would highly recommend Montrose for your first stop. They've certainly got a lifetime customer here! This will definitely be where I take my daughter for her first car. More
