Amazing Customer Service I was ready to purchase a new car where I live in Kingsland which is 50 miles from Mike Murphy when the salesman at Lilliston Ford in Kingsland insist I was ready to purchase a new car where I live in Kingsland which is 50 miles from Mike Murphy when the salesman at Lilliston Ford in Kingsland insisted I sign a contract to buy without seeing the car because it was not on their lot and he did not want to be "stuck" with the car if I changed my mind once I saw it. That was a deal breaker for me so I called Mike Murphy to ask if their process was the same and I got Austin. He did not have the exact car I wanted either but assured me he would go to another location and have it ready for me first thing in the morning. I am sure the last thing Austin wanted to do is drive from Darien to Orlando on a Friday night during Christmas season but he did and did not hesitate or ask for a contract. Craig Berry the general manager emailed all of the car info in advance so that I knew the car that was coming was the one I wanted. I arrived at the dealership at 10am and was driving off the lot by Noon. Mike Murphy himself showed up while I was waiting and thanked me for my business. When all was said and done my out the door price was 300 dollars less than expected. What a great hassle free experience. Great job Austin I hope you get some rest! More

Friendliest Employees My father and I were driving from Miami to New Jersey and pulled off interstate 95 for gas when we noticed a flat tire. We pulled into the dealership to check if the service center was open, but unfortunately it was not. However, the friendly employees still tried to help us. One even drove my father down the road to check if another tire repair shop was open. In the end they supplied us with fix-a-flat to strengthen the tire so we could travel to somewhere to get the tire fixed. Several employees went above and beyond to help us. They turned what could have been a terrible experience into a manageable one. More
