My first visit to the service center was a pleasant experience. I waited on my car as it was being inspected and having its oil changed. Only took an hour or so. The Service Department at Moon Township Honda is the most efficient that I've used. When I bring my car in at the scheduled time, they begin working on it right away. As a result, when I wait for the car, I' efficient that I've used. When I bring my car in at the scheduled time, they begin working on it right away. As a result, when I wait for the car, I'm rarely waiting more than an hour or so. With other service departments, having an appointment is completely irrelevant as my other car will sit for an hour or more with no work being done. I really appreciate that Moon respects that I'm busy and actually adheres to the appointment schedule. On top of that, their rates are pretty reasonable, too. Highly recommended. More
