LHM in Avondale is the worst dealership to go to. Don't walk away RUN! First of all LHM ruined my Renegade by not properly changing the oil but added oil to 10.5 quarts which caused the engine to c Don't walk away RUN! First of all LHM ruined my Renegade by not properly changing the oil but added oil to 10.5 quarts which caused the engine to cease and breakdown in Show Low. Over 6 weeks time the Renegade was towed to them 3x. Due to this issue Robert the GM offered me a great deal on a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. Well I waited 5 hours on September 16, 2025 to do the trade in because Allen was the only Finance man there that day. On top of the wait he made 2 errors 1. He neglected to take the Renegade out of my name which I received a letter from the MVD that if I didn't have insurance my license would be suspended. On November 10th I called the MVD and fixed it 2. I never received my license plate. After 6 weeks and NO PLATE I had to go to the MVD to obtain one on November 23, 2025. You would have thought after the Renegade issue they would do everything RIGHT!! But NOOOOOOOOOOO not LHM the biggest screwed up DEALERSHIP EVER!! They don't answer their phone, they NEVER call you back or live up to their deals. More

I was actually planning on leasing and I had a very speci II had an excellent experience! I got such a great deal that I just couldn’t pass it up! I was actually planning on leasing and I had a very specific color of car in mind (white of course!), but I ended up buying and instead of white it’s the opposite black! It was a deal that just couldn’t be matched by any of the other dealerships. Needless to say, I love my Jeep Compass! More

Just now, the GM called and told me to lose his number, never call or come In again and said they don’t have time for xxxxxxxx like me. (Direct quote). WOW! More

Stumbled onto Moore Chrysler Jeep going to the Subaru dealer. Saw $99 leases for a jeep. Looked like a really nice EV Jeep Wagoneer. I was actually walking to the Subaru dealer when I saw the vehicle in dealer. Saw $99 leases for a jeep. Looked like a really nice EV Jeep Wagoneer. I was actually walking to the Subaru dealer when I saw the vehicle in front of the showroom outside. I looked it over said wow $99. Salesman came out introduced himself. I was only going for a quick look. I ended up with that vehicle. They let me test drive it first time driving an EV. They were pretty haggle free. I got everything done pretty efficiently. Salesman helped me set up all the new apps and everything. I love the vehicle. They called and asked me if had any problems or issues checked in see how I liked it. Great experience. No pressure at all. More
