I had a great experience at Moore. Wally is a great salesman, I felt like we were friends at the end of the night. Finance was great, in and out of that normally dreadful room in under 5 minutes. I have purchased new Jeeps in the past from Sean Griffin and have always been satisfied. This time was another pleasant experience as he again worked to satisfy my needs at this time. Whenever I pull into Moore Service Dept I'm either eagerly greeted by Miss Gloria or my go-to-guy Mike Harrington. Today June 14, 2013 I spent sometime with the Moore Team - without an appointment Mic eagerly greeted by Miss Gloria or my go-to-guy Mike Harrington. Today June 14, 2013 I spent sometime with the Moore Team - without an appointment Micheal was there for my as my check engine lite was on and after 3 hrs Bino n Michael informed me the problem was w ,y engine - Michael immediately asked bout my extended warranty and called them to file a claim. Bino was out the door to get the part an an hour later my car was fixed. Thank u to the Moore Family from Martha who entertained me Roy who let me drive the new Chrysler 200 and of course Michael who really goes about the call of duty whenever I come - I always feel safe whenever I leave Moore since I know my car is in tip-top shape.
