The first person I met in the showroom was Chris D. He was polite and asked what he could do to help me. Then we went outside and David pointed out 3 different ones that would fit my use. David pointed out the different features each truck had and how they would benefit my life behind the wheel. This made making my choice easier and quicker. I left with a 2010 Dodge pickup. I had a great experience. Henry was very friendly and patient as I "kicked the tires" and narrowed down to the Grand Cherokee I eventually purchased. Also, the GC needed a new battery and it was past cl patient as I "kicked the tires" and narrowed down to the Grand Cherokee I eventually purchased. Also, the GC needed a new battery and it was past closing time. So, they replaced the battery in the morning and Henry drove out to my office the next day even though it was a 40 min drive from the dealership. I really appreciated that. Great service! More

As soon as I drove up I saw the car I had been looking at online. He was quick to approach and very prefessional. Opened the car up, showed me all the great things it had to offer. My experience was excellent with the dealership and with the Sales person. Mitchell Smith was excellent. I was disappointed that when we received our vehicle and it was not detailed, it is a 2011 and has be the Sales person. Mitchell Smith was excellent.
