I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger from Mooresville Ford. I had been following their inventory and found a truck which I felt would fit my needs at a price I thought was good. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Scott which turned out a great thing. He helped me throughout the process, always making me feel at ease, and I was able to buy the truck. He assisted me in pairing my phone, went over the different safety features the truck possessed, and explained Sync 3 before I left the dealership. Scott told me to call him if I had any questions or issues. As part of my purchase I wanted running boards which had to be ordered. He provided me with the Service Manager’s business card (he was out that day). I returned to the dealership the next week for installation of the running boards. Service Manager Neil greeted me upon my arrival, made sure I could see the actual running boards before the installation to be sure they were what I wanted, and thanked me and complimented the way the running boards looked on the truck as I was leaving. Scott called me later that same day to be sure the appointment and installation of the running boards was a success. I have dealt with multiple Ford dealerships in my life, but this experience at Mooresville Ford was certainly one of if not the best one ever. More

I visited Mooresville Ford just planning to look around and weigh m options vs. new or used. I had been watching dealerships online and visiting websites to see what offers they had. Quite a few of the dealerships I looked at almost immediately FLOODED my phone and email trying to get me into their showroom. I found it intrusive and annoying. I walked into Mooresville Ford and worked with Jeremy Gattenby. I explained to him what I was looking for, what my price range was and what my options are. He helped me to determine if Lease, Buy New or Buy Used would best fit my needs and budget. Jeremy even offered to help me look at other dealership Lease programs to determine what the terms were. It has been almost 20 years since I committed to buying a new or "New to Me" car from a dealership, and a lot has changed in the industry. I was thankful that Jeremy took the time to explain the processes to me and help me make the best decision, even if it wasn't the highest priced one. I ended up in a very nice Used Vehicle, but more then that I left with a good feeling about my purchase. An experience I had not had at other dealerships in the years past .
