Hello Everyone!My wife and I purchased a brand new Hello Everyone! My wife and I purchased a brand new Bronco from Mooresville Ford and was verify displeased with our service we received. We have been with Ford for the past 10 years and never received poor service like we did when visiting Mooresville Ford. We had a lease of a Ford Escape we were turning in that was over the mileage which equated to around $1600 dollars. When trading in our previous leases at other Ford dealerships(NOT MOOORSEVILLE FORD) they would waive the mileage fee or work with us in some compacity. At this Ford they declined to help us at all! We ended up purchasing the 30K vehicle from this Ford and during the process we tried to negotiate the leave overage fee with Ryan the sales person and he kept insisting there was nothing they could do about that fee. Keep in mind not less then 3 months ago we turned our other lease into Charlotte ford for a new vehicle purchase and they waived our fee all together, After purchasing the new Bronco we decided to pay another visit to Mooresville Ford to see if there was anything they could do. This time we spoke to the manager at Mooresville Ford. The manager was very disrespectful to both my wife and myself tell us "You have to have talk to Ford Credit and there was nothing he could do". I have several family members that work at various locations around the US and after speaking with them they told us the Sales person and the manager should have waived those fees from the lease overage, especially if you were purchasing a new vehicle. Lastly, after dealing with Ryan and the manager it goes to show what kind of integrity and customer service the employees have at Mooresville Ford, North Carolina. This will be our last time visiting this Ford to purchase or lease any new vehicles and possible new purchase/lease another Ford vehicle again! Follow-up to message from Mooresville Ford: After calling the number below and going up to the dealership to speak with Sales Representative and manager. They did absolutely nothing in regards to the deal they dealt us. The most upsetting part about this experience is that neither the sales representative(Ryan) or the Sales manager apologized for the experience they provided us. Nevertheless, after receiving a response from Mooresville Ford in this thread I thought they would be able to help us out or at minimum apologize for our experience but we received neither. I would recommend to anyone visiting this dealership to think twice and find another Ford dealership that treats their customers with integrity and respect. More
