On October 3rd, 1961, Grady Shoe started Mooresville Ford in a small brick facility in downtown Mooresville. Founded on the principles of integrity and treating people well, those same principles still apply to our daily operation almost 60 years later. As the community has grown, so has our Mooresville Ford family.
Many things have changed, but one thing has always remained consistent at Mooresville Ford - commitment to provide the best customer care possible. Purchased a used vehicle here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet sales manager had everything set up and ready before I arrived, so it was 10 minutes signing paperwork and giving friendly and helpful. They even found an issue with the vehicle’s radio prior to me picking it up and are replacing the necessary parts for free. overall a very good experience and I appreciate them respecting my time!
