On October 3rd, 1961, Grady Shoe started Mooresville Ford in a small brick facility in downtown Mooresville. Founded on the principles of integrity and treating people well, those same principles still apply to our daily operation almost 60 years later. As the community has grown, so has our Mooresville Ford family.
Many things have changed, but one thing has always remained consistent at Mooresville Ford - commitment to provide the best customer care possible. I am super happy that the dealer that I went to 1st didn't work out. They never paid attention to my pre-approval and ran my credit for no reason again. After driving through horrible Mooresville /I77 traffic mid afternoon on a weekday to look at a truck, which we had full intention of purchasing, we walked away and will NEVER go back to this dealership. Scott, the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and businesslike. HOWEVER, whomever the “manager” was on this particular day did not even have the courtesy to look at our trade. (F150 excellent condition) Truck unseen, the “manager” offered us a lowball amount for the trade value of our vehicle. Actually $7000.00 less than several other dealerships have offered.. Insulting to say the very least! $2,500 lost this dealership the sale of a $69,991 truck. More
