Service I had a recall performed on my Ford Escape. When I first was scheduled I drove from Lincolnton, NC and when I got there the part was not there and it I had a recall performed on my Ford Escape. I then was told they would call me, 3 weeks passed no contact from anyone. I called talked with the service manager, he scheduled my appointment and also through in a free oil change for my trouble. What started out as a bad experience ended with a very pleasant visit and everyone was kind and courteous. More
