Problems not resolved Purchased a 2013 Ford Focus without researching it very well. Car only had 5,000mi and was in really good shape. Hindsight has shown that the transmissions in those cars have design defects. The service manager (at the time, 2015) maintained that the car was acting normally and would not help with a warranty issue. I've forgotten the names of the individuals I worked with but I was able to get the clutches fixed at Randy Marion Ford in Statesville. I gave two stars because one of the service reps was empathetic to the problems. The service manager was not though. More

Took my truck in because the engine light came on. $1200.00 was my cost because the good warranty I bought wasn't in the range of bumper to bumper coverage. I will not go back. They did fix my truck but will definitely not buy the excellent warranty they have nor buy another truck from Mooresville Ford More
