Best Ford Service Experience Ever Just moved to the area and have been searching for a Ford Dealer to service our two Ford Escapes. I've been so unimpressed with the Ford dealers in C Just moved to the area and have been searching for a Ford Dealer to service our two Ford Escapes. I've been so unimpressed with the Ford dealers in Charlotte and Huntersville and decided to give Mooresville Ford a try. I am so glad that I did! The team was sharp, told me exactly what they were going to do and did it faster than they promised. We had a recall on one of the Escapes where all the latches needed to be replaced - I took it to the Huntersville dealership and they said "you'll need to schedule an appointment and we won't do it any Friday or Monday because its over 6 hours and we dont want to take a tech out of the rotation for the entire day". It was clear that they didnt want to help us. I reached out to Mooreseville Ford and couldn't have gotten a better or more different reaction. They had me come in on Monday and instead of it taking 6 hours they were done in about 3 1/2. At the same time they took care of several other issues with the car. The whole experience was terrific and I'm a huge fan of Mooresville Ford. I wish I had found them 5 years ago but we'll never go anywhere else! More
