On October 3rd, 1961, Grady Shoe started Mooresville Ford in a small brick facility in downtown Mooresville. Founded on the principles of integrity and treating people well, those same principles still apply to our daily operation almost 60 years later. As the community has grown, so has our Mooresville Ford family.
Many things have changed, but one thing has always remained consistent at Mooresville Ford - commitment to provide the best customer care possible. We developed our relationship with Mooresville Ford in 2007 and with Wilbur Roush in particular. Everyone at the dealership works as a team to make sure the customer has the best experience possible. I have been in challenging situations but with Wilbur Roush's leadership, the team never failed to come through. Just making a phone call took care of everything. I love our Ford vehicles especially the Fusion and the Edge. I know from personal experience, the Edge is one of the safest vehicles made and I am truly thankful. I have gone to other dealerships but none compare with the straight forward and courteous treatment we receive at Mooresville Ford. More

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Wrangler had a bad front bumper. That was negotiated in the deal the “we owe”. They promised a new bumper for our jeep. Called several times and they say bumper is on back order. Called jeep dealership today after waiting two months for this dealership to do what they promised. Jeep dealership said they could have one in a couple of days. Keep getting the run around from this dealership. Have spoke with my salesman and the used car manager and also the GM of the dealership. Still no word on my bumper. They don’t care about the customer just the sale. So buyer beware from this dealership. Like to keep my business local but would never buy from this dealership again. More
