Update: changed the battery and it’s still saying “RCD Unavailable.” Which means it’s also now a sensor or hard wire issue. I will not be doing service at Morgan City Toyota again. Went yesterday for a simple tire rotation, my appt was for 10:45, got there at 10:47, it was 11:30 I was still there so Mac and mr Curtis went check, Curtis said it looked like they was just lowering my car. 12:00 comes around and the lady comes tell me my battery failed the test, I said my battery? There's nothing wrong with my battery I've never had any issues with it. She said well we just wanted to let you know so you can keep an eye on it. The other girl was checking me out and told me they had to jump my car off to drive it into service and that that's why it says rcd unavailable, I said well my car never said that before and I never had an issue with it. Then she goes "do you have a sub" I said yeah. She said that's probably what drained it. I said that's not how that works and I've had my sub in my car for 3 years. I proceed to check out, go to leave and my car wouldn't start. They had to jump me off for me to leave. So either they swapped my battery out or they left my key on and killed it. Went in for a tire rotation and ended up leaving with a bad battery that costed us over $200. NEVER again. Mind you, a tire rotation, I shouldn’t have ever been there for more than 30 minutes. More
Everything was great Mrs June took really great care of me. I went in because my car was shaking and pulling to the right. The new ownership is disappointing. Nothing extra done for the customer. Example:: no paper mats put down in car during service, no reminder stickers, when tires being rotated have to a Nothing extra done for the customer.
