Morgan City Toyota We bought my daughter's car last August. They forgot to give us her spare key. Told her to go on any Thursday at 5:30 and they would cover the cost to have one made. Also included were free oil changes as long as she owns the vehicle. Fast forward to today, 7 trips to Morgan City, (either the guy didn't show up or was late or was early, always some excuse). Now they won't cover it snce it's over 30 days. We have several texts and various communications after the 30 days but now this is a new rule. Also evidently new ownership so no free oil changes. At the very least a decent person would have let her know about the upcoming ownership change so she could get the key done. Just a warning, you're better off driving a few extra miles than giving those people your business. It's all great when you want to make the sale, but not honoring your word is just aweful Customer Sevice. More

No problem with the service. They did do a tire rotation which I did not ask for and they removed it from my invoice. The problem I have is that when I purchased my vehicle in 2023, the dealership offered free oil changes for life. The new owners have decided only to honor this with exceptions. If they recommend any other service, you have to pay for those services. If you refuse, then you have to pay for the oil change. Wish I would not have purchased thru Morgan City Toyota. Very unfortunate for them not to uphold our offers. More

I purchased a vehicle 2/3 Saturdays ago for $9000 cash, the car stalls when first trying to pick up speed, called for an appointment was told to come in today at 10. Went in and they told me “it’s the transmission and thats a Ford problem” I didn’t buy the car from Ford I purchased it from Morgan city Toyota. Then the window was cracked on the passenger side the lady told me it couldn’t have been because it wouldn’t have passed inspection and I told her again well it did because it was. I felt very dismissed. I thought I was “safe” buying a used car from a “real” car lot vs a “mom and pop” car lot but I know now that I wasn’t. So basically $9000 spent and still have to fix a transmission. Be careful shoppers! More

I’ve used this service center as long as I’ve been in Morgan City. The mechanic(s) have always done a great job and in a timely manner. However, the center went through quite a stretch with the front de Morgan City. The mechanic(s) have always done a great job and in a timely manner. However, the center went through quite a stretch with the front desk that was problematic and I came very close to changing locations. That was after Kitty had retired. The front desk is the face of the services center and a very important position to keep things flowing properly. I am very happy with Ms Daigle and she’s very efficient. You need to hang onto her. This is an excellent service center and I would suggest them to anybody. More
