Best buying experience ever! Sent an email to the Moritz dealer website to check on the availability of a Ram 1500 Lone Star 4x4 I had seen on the site and Michelle Brierley repli Sent an email to the Moritz dealer website to check on the availability of a Ram 1500 Lone Star 4x4 I had seen on the site and Michelle Brierley replied quickly confirming the availability and price of the truck. She invited me for a test drive and wrote "I am here to help you find that perfect Chrysler Jeep Dodge or Ram vehicle and to help make your visit to Moritz a World Class Experience!" I was skeptical, but she did exactly that! From the time I arrived at the Moritz dealership the staff was very nice and helpful. I met with Michelle and within 30 minutes we had added the dealer options I wanted, agreed on the trucks price, trade in price and the deal was done. I still cant believe it, I really didn't think I would be buying that truck today based on my previous experience at two other dealers I visited earlier this week. There was no pressure or games just a straight forward sale. I figured there had to be a catch and when I got to the finance department it would change, but Ron Reed proved me wrong. What I was promised I received and it went very smooth. What a terrific experience, I have bought several new cars but never had such an experience and highly recommend Michelle and the Moritz team! More
