We read a lot of information about several different companies, then went to the reviews on different websites regarding performance, safety, pricing, etc. We narrowed it down to two dealerships, and when we went in to Alliance Kia we met James Honeycutt at the door. He answered a million questions and showed us several cars. The monthly payment was a big concern, and he and his crew helped us narrow it down to the Kia Sorrento and then went to work on the pricing. We decided to lease, and hope this was the best option for us. The whole experience went painlessly and flawlessly. James is a great guy and very patient. He lead us through the procedure and took his time to show us many, many features of the car when we decided on the 'right' one! Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. Trent was so patient with us when we first came by looking at the different Sedona options available as well as very responsive to my emails afterwards inquiring more information. When we came by to look again, Maxter helped us and made the purchasing fun and easy. He was also very thorough when we came to pick up the car showing us all the features it had to offer.
