Unbeatable Customer Service I recently purchased my third vehicle form Moritz Kia in Hurst, Texas. My salesman Ceferino Zambrano was such a patient man. You see, I’m kind of ha I recently purchased my third vehicle form Moritz Kia in Hurst, Texas. My salesman Ceferino Zambrano was such a patient man. You see, I’m kind of hard please and when I walked in to the showroom for my first meeting he was ready and had multiple options of vehicles for me to choose from. Of course I didn’t like the options and asked him to change things up, needless to say he located a car that fit pretty much everything on my list. This was the first time I got a car that had everything I wanted in the package. My 2019 Sportage EX is absolutely beautiful. Ceferino even convinced me to go with a dark color exterior and interior, which I was not an option when I walked in. He listened to everything I had to say and never once showed any frustration when we sat down to run the numbers. He was able to get me what I wanted and then some. He may not have the expertise that of a senior salesman but he sure acts like he does. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is satisfied with their purchase. Everyone at the dealership is very customer oriented. You are greeted by someone as soon as you drive in to the parking lot.
