Bought new car in April 25 and now it's Sept 25. Having trouble with electrical. Called for service appt. They stated they would call back with appt. Never happened. Called general manager and left message and again no return call. Went their made appt. Told general manager and it was the phone system why they didn't call back. (Really) Told her my issues and she stated she would get us in a nother new car reasonable. Service tech stated couldn't find anything but updated system. We'll long stay shot they wanted and additional 6000.00 more to get me into another new car. What a joke. But keep bringing it back. I also told the salesman on day one of this issue, he stated it was just park in a bad place. Never never again. Word will get around how they treat customers. More

I was disappointed that I was not kept notified of the progress of my vehicle’s repair. My car was in the shop for 3 days! I was given a wonderful vehicle to use, but would have liked to have been appra progress of my vehicle’s repair. My car was in the shop for 3 days! I made an appointment on Friday for Monday afternoon to replace a non-functional key fob. Got to my appointment and not only was the part not at the dealer, they hadn't even ordered it. I drove 60 miles/ 1 replace a non-functional key fob. Got to my appointment and not only was the part not at the dealer, they hadn't even ordered it. I drove 60 miles/ 1:10 round trip only to have to come back again whenever they decide to get their act together and order the part. The service manager could have at least had the courtesy and professionalism to call me ahead of time to let me know they'd dropped the ball so I didn't have to make a worthless trip. If you can go to one of the dealers in the cities if you absolutely need a dealer fix. More
My $350 service (price estimate in the appointment app)at 30,000 miles ended up costing $514. The service rep upsold me on an "Induction Carbon Cleaning" saying it was recommended.
