Andrew was extremely helpful in answering questions and even comparing other vehicles (I was interested in that wasn't necessarily on this lot even) to one another as far as what each vehicle is best known even comparing other vehicles (I was interested in that wasn't necessarily on this lot even) to one another as far as what each vehicle is best known for, how well other vehicles hold value, Pros/cons of other vehicles of interest to me, etc. He isn't pushy, he's was very patient with me, and was very honest with answering my questions, and he went above and beyond to help me find the a vehicle I loved within the price range I wanted With no pressure to look beyond that price point. He seems just as concerned about the customer leaving happy as he is making a sale and that's not genuinely the case with a car salesman!!! More

Reading some of the reviews was surprising. I would have been upset too if that were my experience, but, I have had absolutely wonderful sales and service experiences with Chilson. I have leased two Integra’s over a 6 year period from Chilson. They have serviced our 2015 Forrester over the same time period, and we just bought an Ascent. Sales has always been honest, friendly, straight forward and meeting every need. Service has always been on-time, exactly as expected without any problems. I want to personally thank Jason Casavant for his honesty, expertise, down-home personality and patience. I trust them and look forward to our continued partnership with their service department! Have purchased 4 vehicles from Chilson. We love Subaru’s but do NOT like their service department schedulers/desk reps. Condescending at best and you know there’s an issue with the department when you recei but do NOT like their service department schedulers/desk reps. Unprofessional at best. They literally will sell someone else a car that you put a deposit on. Honestly the slimiest salesman move you can do, especially after financing and proof of insurance has been set else a car that you put a deposit on.
