It appears that we have missed the mark, not common and we apologize for this. Upon doing some research on your purchase, it sounds like the pre-owned Mazda you purchased does have some minor rock chips from use that can be addressed, we just need to get this handled for you. I will have the sales team order your paint and we will arrange a time to apply or send you this. A pre owned vehicle can have some minor imperfections, we do address all mechanical concerns prior to purchase for example the new tires that were installed, but, we cannot always control the previous use, fortunately they are a better value as well.
