Yesterday my wife got an oil change done at the Onalaska shop after driving away she got to festival in Holmen the car started smoking and started on FIRE due to a worker there leaving a rag and the oil fil shop after driving away she got to festival in Holmen the car started smoking and started on FIRE due to a worker there leaving a rag and the oil filter not tight. The fire truck had to put out the fire. The shop said they would make this right and fix it. They had it towed and today they discovered the fire burnt a motor mount and would fix that, also they would fully detail the car for us. I asked if they would look at our door cause it didn't shut right and said he would. I was not going to blast the shop for this but now I am! When My wife stopped in today to check on it he said it was done and never once apologized in person! She told him that someone could have been seriously injured his comment was mistakes where made it was justified! Justified someone could have died! Do not ever take your car to Brenengens in Onalaska! Such a horrible experience. This place sucks since it was sold. They never even did the detail or look at the door. More
