Every interaction I have had with the service department has been frustrating for me over the last couple of years. They repeatedly insist on upgrades to a simple oil change after I have already declined. I has been frustrating for me over the last couple of years. I should not have to justify why I am declining. The price of oil changes are already incredibly high compared to others in the area.
