I called ahead after getting a $40 coupon for fall service. My girlfriend asked on the phone if it could be used for an oil change since that’s all I needed. The person confirmed, scheduled me, and even noted “take $40 off oil change.” When I showed up the next day, I was told the coupon doesn’t apply to oil changes. On top of that, I was quoted about an hour to an hour and a half, but it ended up taking almost two hours. Plus, I was told about a recall being fixed and it would only take about 5 minuted until my car is ready. It took 30 minutes. I went in thinking I’d be paying around $35 (since I was told an oil change is $75 minus the $40), but instead I was charged $85 after tax—over double what I expected. Overall, it was frustrating and disappointing. The miscommunication about the coupon and the longer wait made the whole experience feel like a waste of time and money. More

Lots of staff in office to support however, this created a loud environment that was uncomfortable as I sat to wait for my vehicle. My car wash did not clean my car, windshield was still smudged. I understand a taller person may have needed to move it back for leg room, but I do not see a need to adjust the back. When I paid for my car, they couldn’t find my keys.
