People are friendly and helpful when you go for service. However I bought my vehicle brand new with the great Kia warranty, however now that’s it’s burning excessive oil between oil changes, they don’t want However I bought my vehicle brand new with the great Kia warranty, however now that’s it’s burning excessive oil between oil changes, they don’t want to do anything about it. I constantly have to keep adding oil in between changes. When I asked about this, they stated Kia doesn’t see this as a problem. Friends of mine have the same vehicle and had to get a new motor after it blew up. I’m almost at 90,000 miles and warranty is up at 100,000 so I hope nothing happens after the warranty is up. Love the vehicle otherwise but wish they would hold up to the warranty and fix things when they are arising. More

I have purchased several vehicles over the past few years from the dealership and could not be happier with the sales experience as well as the service on those vehicles purchased. The management, sales, and service team members are not only professional, but just nice people to be around. They really do focus on what the customer wants and not what they have to sell.
