I have tried multiple times to call for some follow up questions regarding my service provided on Sept 3rd with no response. I called and left voicemails and called to sit on hold for 10 mins with no ans questions regarding my service provided on Sept 3rd with no response. I called and left voicemails and called to sit on hold for 10 mins with no answer or voicemail before hanging up to go to an appt. Very disappointed in the follow up. I did have to get something from the parts dept and they were very accommodating and wonderful service, but going in for a basic oil change to wait for 2 hours was a little ridiculous. More
