Went in for an oil change and once it was done the rep never went over what was done. Just gave me the bill and told me how much it was. When we came to the door that is when someone that worked there asked “do you want me to get you someone?” Not once did anyone say hello. Once in the door 4 salesmen jumped up from their desks and then asked if we needed anything help. I was interested in one of their vehicles and we bought our truck there. Our son works in car sales and if that is how he worked I would be very disappointed! There is a reason why he has been the top seller at his dealership several times, is only 23 and just started in cars sales in August 2024. Very disappointing service! We will not be buying or having service done there again. This is not the first time we have had issues with poor customer service. Also while we were there another gentleman came in and was very upset and was yelling at the service guy because he asked for something to be done several times and they never took care of it. What I assume to be one of their managers came over afterwards and said “well there is nothing we can do about it now” if I just got my butt chewed I would definitely we “doing something” about it! Again just shows the lack of customer service! More

I was very disappointed in the communication while my truck was there. I needed a loaner and I was told twice that I was gonna get a loaner and then they had rescheduled me twice because they didn’t have truck was there. Also the dealership I bought this truck from didn’t know want to fix it right away because it would of had to come out of their pocket so now I have oil stains on my garage floor because they wanted to wait on it.
