The Antonio the service advisor did a great job of checking us in, verifying our information and asking the right question to help his technicians diagnose the issue promptly. I’ve never been this disappointed with a service department. I brought my truck in for diagnostics, expecting a straightforward answer about what was wrong. Instead, I was charged $1,200 just for th department. I brought my truck in for diagnostics, expecting a straightforward answer about what was wrong. Instead, I was charged $1,200 just for the diagnostics, and during that process they tore the motor apart without ever clearly explaining what that would mean for me. The worst part? After taking it apart, they refused to put it back together unless I paid another $1,200. At no point was I told that reassembly would require an additional charge, and I absolutely would never have agreed to it if I had known. When I declined the extra service, they didn’t even tell me I could pick up my truck until late in the afternoon—after it had been sitting there all day. And because they had taken everything apart, my truck wasn’t even drivable anymore. I had to have it towed off their lot, which was just insult on top of injury. This whole experience felt unprofessional, poorly communicated, and extremely frustrating. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend getting everything in writing before agreeing to anything with this service department. More
