I was very disappointed in the communication while my truck was there. I needed a loaner and I was told twice that I was gonna get a loaner and then they had rescheduled me twice because they didn’t have truck was there. I will say that Kyle was great to work with once I finally directed to speak with him. Also the dealership I bought this truck from didn’t know want to fix it right away because it would of had to come out of their pocket so now I have oil stains on my garage floor because they wanted to wait on it. Worst service I have ever received, overpriced and a severe lack of communication.
