Trickery and deception. I went in with a loaded 2015 Silverado LT wanting to upgrade to a F150 Platinum. Got beat down over PRICE and payment for 6 hours. By the time I got t I went in with a loaded 2015 Silverado LT wanting to upgrade to a F150 Platinum. Got beat down over PRICE and payment for 6 hours. By the time I got the payment I wanted, I was talked down to a half loaded Lariat. I traded a better truck than I got. Worst car buying experience of my life. And now if I want to service my new vehicle, I have to go back to a dealership I believe took me for a sucker or drive 30 miles to get OEM service. My advice, shop elsewhere or at least make darn sure you know everything you're giving up as they talk you out of options and packages as they decrease your payments and increase their profit margin. More
