Excellent Car Buying Experience We had an excellent experience at Zeck Ford. Our sales consultant was Jeff Bowlin he made the whole experience fun, stress free, and most of all easy. As soon as we stepped foot inside the dealership we were greeted by several people. Jeff was busy with another customer (We kind of surprised him with the timing of our visit as we got a last-minute baby sitter) We were offered water and coffee about every 30 min. There was music playing and the staff was a pleasure to be around. No one was uptight and everyone had a very pleasant attitude. There was no one pushing us into buying anything. The sales consultants are salaried and do not get compensation for sales. This appeared to directly result in the laid back / fun atmosphere that was present once walking in the door. We did lots of research online including cargurus.com, kbb.com, nada.com, craigslist.com, truecar.com, ext.. and always found Zeck Ford to have the best price in our region for the car we were looking for. That being said they are firm on the prices however again if you do your research you will be assured that the price they are offering IS a good price. We went in with 3 vehicles that we wanted to check out. All same make and model, just different trims / mileage. As soon as we got with Jeff he presented us a 3 folders each with the car fax, and autocheck reports of the 3 vehicles we wanted to look at. He was straight forward from the moment we met. He then gave us a little time on our own to go over them, again offering water and coffee. We went out and checked them out, never once felt rushed or pushed into anything. Again we had an excellent experience and will be repeat customers. I would recommend Jeff and Zeck Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This dealership moves vehicles, they have great prices and a great atmosphere inside with all staff members more than helpful and friendly. We are excited to make out new to us 2016 Ford Explorer OURS. One last item of note is the high sales tax in Leavenworth which is 10.xx percent this can kind of sneak up on you a little if you don't factor that in (we did however so it was not an issue) as we did look that up before going and Jeff also brought this up at the beginning as well. More

Fly in, drive out I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. I contacted Zeck Ford and spoke with Darius. The next day I flew in to Kansas City.
